By accessing, browsing, or using the pak444 platform — whether via a web browser, mobile browser, or any application associated with pak444 — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with pak444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this document.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and pak444 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pak444 platform and close your account if one has been created.

Your continued use of pak444 following any revision to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for updates.

Access to and use of the pak444 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before an account is created and at all times during account usage:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. pak444 operates a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or maintain an account.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to or use of pak444 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from pak444 or affiliated platforms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of pak444 or any of its licensed game providers.

To access the full range of pak444 gaming products, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all pak444 account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each user is permitted to hold only one active pak444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details, must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak444 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pak444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): pak444 may at any time require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

pak444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on the pak444 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak444 supports the following approved deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. pak444 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.

• Deposits: All deposits are credited to your pak444 wallet in PKR upon successful processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification, bonus wagering requirements, and anti-money-laundering checks. pak444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though processing times may vary based on the selected payment channel.
• Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pak444 reserves the right to request additional verification if withdrawal instructions differ from deposit source details.
• Transaction Fees: pak444 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside pak444's control and will be borne by the account holder.
• Currency: All balances, stakes, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PKR. pak444 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred through USDT or other digital asset transactions.

pak444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced percentage. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pak444 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of promotional mechanics, and coordination between multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion's terms.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-money credit outside of the standard wagering and withdrawal process.

pak444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to participate, pak444 will use reasonable endeavours to provide fair notice.

All games available on the pak444 platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, and MG Live products — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within each game interface. The following general gaming conditions also apply platform-wide:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games on pak444 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness and statistical integrity.
• Sports Betting Rules: All sports betting activity is subject to pak444's Sports Betting Rules, which govern market settlement, void bets, in-play restrictions, maximum payout limits, and event cancellation procedures. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of the platform.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pak444 reserves the right to void affected transactions and return stakes to player accounts. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous result — including manifest pricing errors in sports markets — may be cancelled at pak444's sole discretion.
• Disconnection Policy: pak444 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your internet connection failure or device malfunction during active game sessions. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before participating in live gaming or placing in-play bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak444 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Attempting to open or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, exploiting bonuses, or evading restrictions
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any third-party assistance tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players, whether on pak444 or third-party platforms, to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed
• Attempting to launder money or use the pak444 platform for any illegal financial transaction
• Hacking, interfering with, or attempting to disrupt the pak444 platform's infrastructure, security systems, or data integrity
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain without reporting them to pak444 support

All content on the pak444 platform, including but not limited to the pak444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pak444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak444 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works based on any pak444 content without prior written authorisation from pak444.

Unauthorised use of pak444 intellectual property, including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game content, or use of the pak444 brand in external communications without written consent, may result in civil and criminal liability.

pak444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a pak444 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak444 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or the terms of pak444's gaming license.

pak444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. As a condition of platform access, all users agree to engage with pak444's responsible gaming framework, which includes the following provisions:

• Age Restriction: pak444 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and funds held for investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak444, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pak444 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary gaming activity
• Interrupted access to the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in sports data feeds or live game transmissions not directly caused by pak444's own systems

pak444's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your pak444 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pak444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, where pak444 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• The account holder is under the required minimum age of 21
• Continuing to maintain the account would expose pak444 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
• The account holder has failed to complete required KYC or AML verification within a reasonable timeframe

You may close your pak444 account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting outstanding bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, pak444 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where applicable, to pursue recovery of losses caused by the breach.

pak444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively alter player rights or obligations — pak444 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected users via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material updates, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing policies, or additions required for legal compliance, may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pak444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak444 holds its international gaming license.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your pak444 account or any transaction on the platform, you should in the first instance contact the pak444 customer support team via live chat or by email. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within seven (7) working days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal customer support channels, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified under pak444's gaming license. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
